Click on the issue you wish to view. The normal pdf files are from 1.5 to 2.2 meg.

If you are having problems downloading the PDF;

RIGHT CLICK...Choose your edition and RIGHT CLICK on it. A menu will appear, click on "Open Link" or if you wish to save the edition as you download, click on "save target as" or "save link as" (depending on your browser) and your computer will start to copy the file and ask you where you want to save it.

If you don't have ADOBE READ, which is one of the programs available to open a PDF document, it is free on the web. (click on the words above to go to Adobe's site)
