Click here for the report  The Verdict Is In!  Queensland's (former)Top Water Cop, Alan Magarry pleads guilty to illegally importing machine gun parts falsely declared as "marine parts". His sentence? $4000 good behaviour bond for 2 years, no conviction recorded. Commonwealth appeals as sentence "inadequate". Commonwealth looses the appeal.
